BPO services offered include data entry, research, transcription, file conversion, lead generation, graphic designs, inbound and outbound call services, bulk SMS.

The Call Centre server is responsible for all the call handling and switching to the different workstations for the agents.

Soft Phones on every workstation.

2.VOIP
Management of both VOIP and PSTN call services. Mobile network to also be
implemented.

3.Recording functions.
Call Automatic call distribution/ transfer, 30 seats in operation with the capacity to grow easily to 100 or more seats in the current facility.

4.Agent Workstation and Desktop
Each agent will need to work from a station equipped with:
