BPO services offered include data entry, research, transcription, file conversion, lead generation, graphic designs, inbound and outbound call services, bulk SMS.
The Call Centre server is responsible for all the call handling and switching to the different workstations for the agents.

2.VOIP Management of both VOIP and PSTN call services. Mobile network to also be implemented.
3.Recording functions. Call Automatic call distribution/ transfer, 30 seats in operation with the capacity to grow easily to 100 or more seats in the current facility.

Primary and back -up ISP's to ensure all our systems are on-line at all times,thus reducing on downtime. 2. Customer relationship management software: To segment customers and determine the value of the different types of customers. Provide direct and specific information about a customer to enable us integrate different channels of communication
